Archive hosts
A host is one agent installation on a server that carries one or more Archive databases. The agent reports every database it finds; map each one to a site below and the agent starts mining it automatically — no changes on the host itself.
CertusLink clients
Certus's side of CertusLink is the plumbing only: marry collection sites (databases) to a Link client and provision its portal users. Everything billing-related — biller entities, taxes, tenant contracts, rates, previews — belongs to the client and lives in the CertusLink portal at portal.certuslink.net. Your admin password signs in there too, for hands-on support.
